New Faces New Places: A space to visualize your perfect renovation

If you’re looking to upgrade your kitchen or bathroom but are not sure where to start, it’s worth taking a look at Centennial Kitchen and Bath’s brand new showroom.

The long-running, highly trusted plumbing, heating and electrical company has created a new, interactive space to showcase their products and help create a space perfectly tailored to your needs.

“We still have our retail store, but it acts as our renovation showroom for people doing renovations to come pick what products they want,” said co-owner Michael Shaw. “The showroom is totally set up around being able to select things in the order you would as you’re doing your project.”

And not only can you pick out fixtures and fittings ranging from the basic necessities to the top-end luxurious products, Centennial also offers a free consultation with an interior designer to ensure everything you choose for your bathroom or kitchen renovation will look perfect in your home — at the right price.

Shaw notes they also have journeymen plumbers who can answer any of your DIY questions.

“Everything in here is kitchen, tile or bathroom related,” he explained. “We used to be really known for the do-it-yourselfer coming in, and our own journeymen plumbers would be on the floor so you could ask how to fix something and they would teach you how. We still have that, but it’s just separated out from the design side of the store, and now you can find them at the parts counter in the back.”

He adds that Centennial would not be where they are today without these team members and the many others who provide customers with their expert opinions along with the option to have Centennial’s own certified contractors do the work for you — whether it’s installing a new kitchen or bathroom or simply fixing a plumbing, heating or electrical issue.

“It goes back to our roots,” Shaw said. “Our motto here is ‘Always done right’ so we will never sacrifice quality even if it means losing some work … Renovations, in general, are just frustrating beasts but whatever we can do to take some of the pain out of that we try our best to do.”
