Eric Lachance is the heart of Royal Renovations Ottawa. Eric has more than 25 years of experience in the contracting and remodeling/renovation industry. All of his projects are completed professionally, meticulously and with great pride which is demonstrated by his superior craftsmanship. Eric knows what works and uses a customer-focused approach on every project that he commits to. Eric has worked for numerous well-known local Ottawa renovation companies over the past 2 decades. Now, as the owner of Royal Renovations Ottawa which specializes in bathroom and kitchen renovations, Eric has no shortage of firsthand knowledge, skills and experience which enable him to deliver superior results each and every time. Eric creates trust with his clients which is evident in the numerous word-of-mouth recommendations and repeat business he has received from past clients over the years. In addition to being a renovator, Eric also possesses a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
Eric has worked for numerous well-known local Ottawa renovation companies over the past 2 decades like Just Basements, Kitchen and Bath First and Westend Bath and Kitchen.
Alain Lachance is equally skilled as his brother, Eric, and has been working with Eric for the past 10 years. Alain provides excellent workmanship, is detail-orientated and consistently “raises the bar” on home renovation projects. Alain’s carpentry skills were honed during the many years he owned and operated his own home renovation company (L.A.P.D. Bath and Basement Rescue) in Timmins, Ontario. Prior to carpentry, Alain used to work in sales and therefore excels in customer service and is committed to the highest degree of client satisfaction.
